What is your return policy?
We believe in keeping only what you love. We accept returns on all full-price merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must be pre-approved. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused, and the customer will need to arrange collection of the package. To initiate a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject line.
All items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Please take care when trying garments on. Any items that appear worn, washed, altered, have make-up stains, perfume, or any other damage will not be accepted.
We offer complimentary returns on full-priced items. Any initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
For international returns, there is a $20 return fee that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Any import duties or taxes paid are nonrefundable.
SALE ITEMS: We accept returns on sale items within 7 days of receiving your order. Return postage on sale items is at the expense of the customer. We recommend having a traceable form of postage as we will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return. After 7 days, sale items will be considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
